CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to lead and grow regional hire and sales operations in Darwin, NT . This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted national provider, take ownership of client relationships, and drive business development across key infrastructure and industrial sectors throughout the Territory. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage regional hire and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Northern Territory. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Monitor market activity to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Support branch operations and promote company services as required. Our Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial, construction, mining, or equipment hire sales. Demonstrated success in regional B2B sales or strong knowledge of the NT business landscape. Proven ability to build pipelines, win contracts, and exceed KPIs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Self-motivated and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment. Competent with CRM systems, reporting, and proposal preparation. Must hold a current driver’s licence.
